Meet The Team

The Priory Dental Centre in Royston first opened in July 2001 in the Royston Health Centre, since that time we have assisted more than 8000+ patients.

 

In October 2007 the Dental Centre re-located to Queens Road, Royston where we continue to provide a high standard of dentistry to the area as well as being able to offer new patients our wide range of treatments.

 

We have 5 'Gem stone inpired' treatment suites in our spacious 2 floor Dental Centre, fully equipped to allow us to carry out the latest treatments and techniques. Every effort has been made ensure that the surroundings and decor provide a relaxing atmosphere that will put you at ease during your visit.

 

We can now offer a wider range of treatments from line and wrinkle reduction, dental implants and teeth whitening using the ZOOM! ® System, either in surgery or with take home kits all under safe dental supervision.

 

Mr Robert Ayre is the Principal and owner of the Priory Dental Centre.  He is the holder of the NHS dental contract.

He qualified from Liverpool University in 1979 and has been in General Practice since then. His expertise is in General Dentistry, Implantology, Wrinkle Reduction treatments and Clearstep™

 

 

Dr. En-Qi Chi qualified from Barts and the Royal London Dental Hospital in 2005. GDC reg  85768
 She has in interest in all aspects of dentistry, particularly root canal treatments and cosmetic dentistry.  She is always keen in developing her skills and attends many dental courses.  Ms  Chi also  provides other treatments such as Tooth Whitening, Line reduction and Invisialign™ clear brace solutions.

 

Mr Kirit Dusara qualified in India in 1979. GDC reg 61017

He has also worked in Tanzania for four years before coming to the UK where he has worked as an Associate General Practitioner in other Practices since 1986.  He practices in all aspects of general Dentistry.

Mr Jozsef Boer Graduated in 2006 in Semmel Weis University in Hungary. GDC reg 175340

He came over to the UK in 2009 where before joining the Priory Dental Centre, he worked in a private practice in London.   His interests are in Aesthetic and Prosthetics Dentistry.

Mrs Alison Chapman  Qualified in 2006. GDC reg 79559

Alison has  recently joined us on a part time basis, and works Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 

Dental Therapists

 

Mrs Ann Hocherman - Ann works Mondays and Thursday. GDC reg 2537 

Mrs Sylvia Low - Sylvia works Tuesdays. GDC reg 10688

Mrs Veronica Ogden - Veronica works Wednesday mornings. GDC reg 1966 

 

 

Clinical Nurses

 

Kirsty Green - Kirsty  joined the Practice in 2004 and qualified in 2005. GDC reg 151838

Kirsty Winter - Kirsty  joined the Practice in 2007 and has many previous years experience. GDC reg 162708

Evelyn  Marchant - Eve  joined the Practice in May 2008 and qualified in July 2010. GDC reg 204785

 

 

Administration Team

 

Annmarie Franklin  joined the practice from its conception in 2001.

Liz Kahner joined the practice in 2002 and works as a key member of the Administration Team.

Nicola Garwood joined the practice in July 2007 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1995. GDC reg 160009

Jackie Smith is the full time Practice Manager.
